What is the warranty on Backyard Discovery products?
We offer a limited 1-year warranty on all parts and a 5-year pro-rated warranty on rot and decay for all cedar wood components. Please register your product on our website to activate your coverage.
Is the wood pre-stained and weather-treated?
Yes, all of our cedar products come pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained with a water-based finish. We recommend applying a fresh coat of water sealant annually to maintain the wood's appearance and durability.
What is your return policy for home outdoor equipment?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging and have not been assembled. Please note that return shipping fees for large freight items will be deducted from your refund.
