At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your new play set, gazebo, or pergola doesn't perfectly fit your backyard vision, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus applicable shipping costs.

Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Prepare the Item

Ensure the product is disassembled and securely repacked in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, components, and instruction manuals.

Schedule a Pickup

For large freight items like swing sets or pergolas, we will help you coordinate a pickup date with one of our specialized logistics partners to ensure safe transport.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to verify it is in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
